Printing Guidelines
Sublimation Printing Guidelines:
- Most items are suitable for sublimation, but only lighter fabric colors work since the ink is transparent.
- For best results, use white fabric as it influences the final image color.
- Quality ink is crucial for accurate colors; our sublimation ink works well with Epson Desktop Inkjet printers without extra profiles.
- Testing is done with both Desktop Epson Printers and Epson F500 Sublimation printers.
Use a heat press with a digital control unit and adjustable pressure for optimal image transfer, as pressure is essential for vibrant results.
DTF Guidelines:
- Set heat press to 150°C for 50 seconds.
- Pre-press the item to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Press the transfer onto the fabric.
- Peel the transfer while warm, then cover and post-press for 2 seconds.
- Use a heat press with digital control and adjustable pressure for optimal results.
Washing Care:
- Avoid warm washing and tumble drying.
- Do not rub the design when hand washing.
- Avoid ironing directly on the design.
Use pre-shrunk cotton fabric for enhanced durability.
The Heat Transfer Guide:
- Temperature: 150°C (120°C for delicate fabrics)
- Time: 50 seconds
Note that some nylon or treated fabrics may not adhere well. Use a heat press with digital control and adjustable pressure for optimal results. For durability, pre-shrunk cotton is recommended.
