One of the best things about sublimation is the lasting power it has on your projects. Colors won’t fade or disappear, even after multiple washes or uses. Our new sublimation sticker vinyl is perfect for digital decorators who want to put unique designs in unconventional places or use unusual shapes.
One of the most exciting features of this product is its repositionable vinyl, which allows you to quickly change signage or pricing on signs or menu boards. The vinyl can be reused and removed indefinitely, as long as it remains clean.
Instructions to use:
- Import your desired pattern into the operating software of your cutting machine and print it with sublimation paper and ink.
- Place the sublimation sticker vinyl face up on the heat press machine plate, then align the printed sublimation paper face down. Cover it with high-temperature oil paper or high-temperature Teflon fabric.
- Set the temperature of the heat press machine to 190 ℃ for 40 seconds, with light pressure. Press the heat press machine and wait until it reaches zero.
- Use a cutting machine to cut the pattern (ensuring that the direction of the cut pattern is consistent with that of the transferred pattern), and then discard any excess material.
Note: You can directly mirror and print the pattern of thermal sublimation paper, transfer it to the sublimation sticker vinyl product, and then use scissors to cut the desired pattern.
