Free Pudo Delivery
Free Pudo Delivery does not apply to Equipment and Bulky shipments due to the limitations of PUDO lockers. Should your order qualify for Pudo Delivery the option will be available on the checkout field.
Cut off times:
Order cut-off times are at 11 am. All orders placed before 11 am in the morning are packed the day they are placed and the payment method selected sends us the verification of the payment. Any orders and payments that are made after 11 am will only be packed the following working day.
Back Orders:
Any stock delays are communicated to you as we pack the orders. Your order status will change to “Items on backorder” when we are waiting for stock to arrive.
Items marked as “Available on Backorder” will cause a delay to your entire shipment and will only be shipped once the items have arrived in stock.
Returns:
We manage returns via Pudo and Pargo Couriers. You will be required to take the items to a drop-off point and package them for couriers. You can re-use the original packaging if it is not damaged. The courier fee will be credited to your wallet should the items be under warranty, if not you will be liable for the fees to return the items to us. Pudo and Pargo are the most cost-effective solution.
In Store Pick Up
Orders for in-store pick-up can be collected the next working day after payment has been cleared. Your order status will change to Awaiting Collection as soon as the order is packed and ready. Orders for in-person collection are packed in a flyer bag without protective packaging just like you would receive the items in-store.
Why we charge a fee for courier collections:
We charge a packaging fee to cover the costs of Bubblewrap, boxing, and packing the order in a safe way for couriers to collect. We usually add this fee to our shipping costs. Couriers do not provide any packaging material except for a flyer bag if they have stock on them.
If you select Courier Collection, please ensure they have the Order Number or the correct details as on your order. Sometimes it happens that we have to show away couriers as they have no details on them except a company name that does not match any of our orders that are awaiting collection.
Pudo Lockers
Pudo lockers are a convenient way to receive orders without the need for a physical address and make delivery to remote areas easy and affordable.
Our lockers are open 24/7, day and night, at selected locations, so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you. You will receive a Pin Code to access the locker and retrieve your package.
Transit time: Estimated 1-4 business days.

To Door Couriers
We use The Courier Guy, Internet Express, and Dawn Wing to ship parcels to your door. We select the most affordable and fastest option available to your address.
These couriers cover the largest delivery areas and have proven to be the best in the game. Delivery times with these carriers can take 1 to 4 business days depending on your area.
