Product Warrantees from BizInBox
BizInBox offers a limited warranty that starts on the date of delivery, and includes parts and labour on components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship. If repairs are needed during the warranty period, you must inform the supplier or Adam Equipment. Any returned equipment must be in its original packaging and must be accompanied by correct claim processing documentation.
The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
Heat Press:
BizInBox Heat presses comes with a limited 6 month warranty starting on the date of purchase and includes parts and labour on components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship.
If repairs are needed within the warranty period due to defective parts or materials the equipment, with original packaging should be returned to BizInBox accompanied with the purchase invoice stating the model number and serial number of the machine needing repairs.
At BizInBox’s own discretion during the warranty period they will choose to either:
- Repair the defective unit
- Replace the unit with a similar unit either new or refurbished with the exact same value as the original
- Refund the product to the client should no other option be viable for BizInBox
Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
Components not covered by this warranty on the Heat Press that has its own warranty:
- Heating Element:
- This is a consumable product and will need replacing after extended periods of use.
- The Element carries a 7-day out-of-box warranty.
- This covers any problem that occurs within 7 days of purchase on the Heating Element.
This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
- Damage resulting from operating the unit on extension cords
- Damage resulting from Power Surges and Loadshedding.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages incurred during transportation
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
- Any used, previously displayed items
Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
Printers used as Sublimation Printers with non-Original Equipment Manufacturer Inks:
BizInBox supplies standard, unmodified printers to be used for sublimation printing with generic Sublimation Ink. These printers will have the full warranty that comes with the Printer Manufacturer.
This printer warranty is generally void when using Generic Non-OEM inks.
The client has been made aware of the fact that using non-oem ink will void the printer warranty.
Bizinbox will offer a limited 1 month warranty on certain printer components when used with BizinBox Sublimation Ink.
These components includes:
- Paper Feed Mechanism
- Printer Printing Head
- Ink Tank System
If repairs are needed within the warranty period due to defective parts or materials the equipment, with original packaging should be returned to BizInBox accompanied with the purchase invoice stating the model number and serial number of the machine needing repairs.
At BizInBox’s own discretion during the warranty period they will choose to either:

- Normal wear and tear
- Damages incurred during transportation
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
- Any used, previously displayed items
Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
Blank Printable Products
Unprinted products must be inspected for damage before accepting delivery or leaving the premises of BizInBox as no claim will be accepted for any damages to unprinted items once they are printed or transported from our premises. We cannot be held liable for mishandling causing cracks and chips and breakages.
We cannot refund any modified, cut, used or printed products. Returns are welcome of the product is in its original condition as purchased.
