Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction
At Biz2Biz (PTY) Ltd, trading as BizInbox (“we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with products purchased from our website www.bizinbox.co.za. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.
2. General Returns Eligibility
You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging (where applicable).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@bizinbox.co.za within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return authorization and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Please send the item to:Biz2Biz (PTY) Ltd

South Africa - Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies. We aim to process approved refunds within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (see Section 6).
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products or digital goods.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
- Items that have been personalized or custom-made.
This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@bizinbox.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or error.
In such cases, we will arrange for the return of the item at our expense and will offer you a replacement, a full refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the standard return process (Section 3) for the item you wish to return and place a new order for the desired item. Alternatively, contact us at hello@bizinbox.co.za to discuss exchange possibilities, which will be subject to stock availability and may involve additional shipping costs.
